I have been teaching group mat classes in Claygate, Surrey, for over 24 years.

My aim is to make classes fun but also challenging, sometime incorporating props, all of which I supply as well as mats.

 

I also run foam roller and fascia release workshops.

Mat classes are held during the week in 12-14 week courses and are paid for termly. Please message me for availability.

The classes are different levels and run during the day, as well as two evening classes.
