High Intensity Power Pilates developed by Lisa Bradshaw, is a new concept class designed to increase your heartrate and challenge your overall functionality, strength and stamina. This 50 minute class is not designed to replace the excellent work the classical Pilates offers, but complement it.
It will get you up off the mat, in order to work your global muscles and use the body more functionally. The exercises are more dynamic and faster paced.
This class is very challenging and only suitable if you have a good knowledge of Pilates. You will need to use your Pilates technique throughout.
Small hand weights are used, I recommend 0.75kg each or a couple of small water bottles.
